When will I receive my order?
When placing an order, a shipping date is provided. Once the order is placed, this same delivery timeframe will also be listed on the order confirmation. Therefore, it is never possible for the shipping date shown on the website at the time of ordering to differ from the one listed on the order confirmation.
I’ve just noticed that the delivery time for (part of) my order is longer than expected. How can I cancel it?
If the delivery time for your order is longer than expected, you can, of course, cancel all or part of it. To do so, please contact our customer service department. Our representatives will cancel your order. The amount of your purchase will be refunded to your bank account within two business days. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Once your order has been paid for, you will not automatically receive an invoice. If you would like to obtain one, you have two options. The first is to access your account on our online store. Once you’ve logged in to your account, you can view your orders and download the invoice.
